Paul
Founder
Paul's been an avid student of yoga for years. He found yoga to be a great complement to other forms of fitness. Paul has always believed that a good yoga practice not only provided strength, healed injuries and added mobility, it centered and calmed the mind.
Harmony
Instructor
Harmony is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She designs creative sequences that increase balance, flexibility, and endurance. Her classes are known for being empowering, high spirited, and are sure to make you work up a sweat. She incorporates numerous variations of each posture, making her class easily accessible for all level yogis. Harmony loves teaching yoga because she gets to share the amazing physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga with new people everyday.
Kori
Instructor
Kori is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor who is committed to guiding her students through flows that reunite them with their breath, body, and spirit. Her classes are all about balance, emphasizing proper alignment while encouraging self-expression and empowerment, as well as helping her students to find ease within the effort. She merges strengthening, challenging sequences, with sweet, gentle moments, creating opportunities for her students to move mindfully and be present in their practice.

Paul is the founder of Hot Chili Yoga Co. He has a 15-year background teaching hundreds of classes, and thousands of students, high-intensity cardio and functional strength training. Paul's also been a avid student of yoga for years. He found yoga to be a great complement to other forms of fitness. Paul has always believed that a good yoga practice not only provided strength and added mobility, it centered and calmed the mind. Paul's goal in starting Hot Chili Yoga Co. was to bring a high-quality, affordable outdoor yoga experience to Sonoma County. Yoga should not be exclusive, it should be accessible to all.

Pauline
Instructor
Pauline has been devoted to her Hatha Yoga practice for the last twelve years. She is a registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College’s certificate program. Her approach to yoga classes emphasize accessibility; she creates a welcoming environment for all, and encourages students to tap into their inner power and wisdom. Pauline has taught and performed belly dance in the Bay Area for most of the last decade; this experience shows up in her classes as attention to posture, grace, and healthy movements of the hips and spine. Pauline can accommodate students of differing experience - from very beginner to a seasoned Yogi; her classes are grounding, and may leave you with an open heart and smile.
Shalsei
Instructor
Shalsei is a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher. She started practicing yoga over ten years ago and got her teaching certification at Soul Yoga & Wellness in Santa Rosa, CA in 2020. Shalsei teaches Baptiste Power Yoga and also Vinyasa flows. Her classes are intended to tone and strengthen the physical body while also calming the emotional body. Shalsei believes that yoga encourages people to live their best lives while nurturing their mind, body and soul. Her goal is to help as many people as she can find their purpose and live their yoga.
Nicole
Instructor
Nicole is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Practicing for 15 years and teaching for nearly five, yoga, movement & wellbeing have been the driving force in her life. Sonoma County born and raised, with five amazing kids who never stop reminding her why all the yoga really matters. Teaching yoga is never ‘just’ teaching yoga, its self-exploration, vulnerability, personal agency, and endless engagement with students who show up with you. Nicole brings a unique and creative experience in her classes. A combination of strength and balance with intentional movement.
Kelly
Instructor
Kelly is RYT 200 trained in Vinyasa Power Yoga. She's had a lifelong love for movement after playing sports all growing up. Kelly is now an avid weightlifter and passionate yogi. She aims to take this love for strength and movement to create empowering, challenging, and fun yoga classes. Kelly believes no two classes should be exactly the same and that yoga should strengthen both your mind and body.
Tiffany
Instructor
Tiffany intuitively leads classes based on the students in attendance and offers options for all levels. She incorporates alignment, engagement, meditative flow, and just enough challenge appropriate for the students. Tiffany fell in love with yoga when she was pregnant with her first child, and later discovered it helped her to be a more patient mother. This led her to train as a 200-hour RYT, and subsequently as a HiiT and barre teacher. She views the yoga practice as a vehicle for self observation and noticing how this extends into your life off the mat.
Nicole
Instructor
Nicole is a RYT 200 Certified instructor. Her style of yoga focuses on power, flow and sculpt. An active runner, Nicole blends an athletic style of yoga with gentle postures designed to calm and strengthen both mind and body.
